History
ATU GmbH was founded from a former central laboratory of IBM Germany to support the semiconductor, multilayer ceramic and printed circuit board production of IBM Germany.
ATU GmbH was established in 1996 following a management buy-out and has since been managed by Wolfgang Erlmann and Hans-Dieter Schmidt.
