Information on the processing of an order
In order to process your request, it is important that we receive information about the samples and the aim of the analysis.
We will be happy to advise you on the analytical methods suitable for your task. You can reach us by telephone on 07032/7960-0 or by e-mail at info(at)atu-lab.de.
You are also welcome to contact the member of staff responsible for your request directly. If you have any questions about sample collection or packaging, you are of course also welcome to contact us.
It is also possible for you to send us the samples and then, after a non-binding review of the samples, discuss an analytical procedure with us.
Once we have agreed on the type and scope of the analyses, you will receive a quotation on request so that you can place an order.
In order to be able to offer analyses optimized to your needs, we ask you to fill out and enclose our sample form when sending the samples or send it with the sample notification by e-mail.
Once the investigations have been completed, you will receive a report. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact our staff.
